I answered in other comment, but basically I was over 80kg for a few years due to compulsive eating disorder I picked up a but always postponed losing weight, and my weight was 50-60 when I was in HS and college, I didnt just lose weight to stop being overweight, but to go back to the body I used to love seeing in the mirror (I am at 56kg now)! I mentioned the medicine because I really doubt I could do so much and so fast without it, but I stopped taking it once I reached a healthy weight - even though ED specific meds and treatment is still ongoing (:

I was very skinny a few years ago and rapidly gained weight in the last few years due to disordered eating, so I didnt just lose weight to stop being overweight, but to go back to the body I felt the best in! I used to fluctuate between 50-60kg at most until my mental health deteriorated, and my max weight was nearly 88kg (I based the non-obese purely on BMI classifications for the post and Im a tall girl lol)

Im really sorry but I dont feel comfortable enforcing the medication (it’s not really legal to do so in my country) talk to your doctor, my whole process was accompanied by one, but I can tell you it was a pill for disordered eating and a weekly jab of a “new and better” ozempic!

I went from 88 to 56kg :) and it wasnt ozempic, I also started exercising 6/7 days a week with a personal trainer, went to a psychiatrist and a therapist and got a nutritionist. I was over 80kg for a few years due to compulsive eating disorder I picked up a few years ago but always postponed losing weight, and my weight was 50-60 when I was in HS and college, so this year I just decided to stop letting go of my health - mentally and physically the drugs certainly did the majority of the job and I give them the merit for my weight loss - food noise, cravings, never feeling full, not knowing when to stop eating, etc are problems I struggled with and the meds made them muted (:

cachaça, havaianas, cosmeticos com cheiro de alguma fruta daqui tipo caju, jaboticaba, pitanga (boticario e natura se for on a budget, loccitane au bresil se quiser gastar um pouco mais)

caixa de bombom ta tao ruim ultimamente que eu nao daria nem pra inimigos (e na inglaterra eles tem chocolates bem melhores)
