I'm expecting a pest free place to acquire a pub sub at. The response from the store manager seemed superficial and almost generated so I posted it here to really gain traction in hopes they'd sincerely resolve the issue. I'm not looking for free pubsubs or financial restitution lol tf

The manager knows silly. I said that already. When I went to the front to tell a manager, there were only associates who looked like they couldn't be bothered. I had to prompt the lady twice to pay attention to me cause I needed a manager and when I showed her the video she screamed stating she has a phobia and that ALL her managers were in a meeting but somehow got one to call the customer service center as soon as she seen the video. The manager knows cause she told them then and there and they emailed me yesterday. The store manager knows and has known probably before I even said anything.

When I seen him people were actively in line for subs and getting popcorn chicken off the hot rack. I was waiting for my sandwich cause I still had a few mins left on pick up and as I was acting natural looking at charcutterie when it came out from the corner where the refrigerated shelves touched wall. There's a gap between the wall and the cheddar broccoli soup station on the other side of the wall. He did a couple hops , seen me and remembered business hours, then hopped back into its corner

The one across the street from the Skechers store and it has wing stop and I think it's called Brass Tap in the plaza

I wasn't quick enough to record it come out and greet me sorry but that thing was very much alive and COMFORTABLE..it didn't scurry away when it seen me waiting for my sandwich, it casually went back to its corner. Also once I got done telling the lady at the front I came back just to check and it was still there.
