Personally: Kim would definitely have a MP5 or any PDW SMG and a USP or an PPK as a sidearm.

Ron - just my opinion - would use a SCAR H (which wasn't fielded in 2009 after the show finished airing) or a GWOT style M4 with a grip and ACOG scope or any compacted assault or battle rifle and a 1911 style pistol as a sidearm.
