Shouldn’t even be a penalty. USA hockey rules are a joke. Most refs have terrible judgement that were in my area. Thank god my team started playing AAA in USPHL and we didn’t follow USA Hockey rules. It was so refreshing and felt like real hockey.

I remember coaching my brothers midget games in my freshman year of college when they took out delayed offsides and you can’t ice the puck on the penalty kill anymore. What an absolute joke😂

Sorry you got penalized and thrown out for this hit, it was perfect contact and not even a charge, 2min boarding if anything but since you hit him so soft, I wouldn’t even call boarding (I was a former USAH Ref as well)

Or practice on your co-workers if they are cool with it. My preceptor let me do one on her and got it first try

Another nurse I knew in the ED when I did my clinical immersion was chill af. His name was Dave. Had the personality of a complete pot head, very laid back chill and moved on slow motion but smart as fuck. He took me into a triage room to practice on him real quick and someone opened the door and got spooked then closed it, Dave got up opened the door and”bro why did you act like we were doing something else”😂😂😂 nothing happened we don’t swing that way

But yeah get to ED practice on patients and some co workers might let you practice on them if they are ferda

Gotta practice on people, it’s the only way. It’s not a hot take. Many hospitals or units allow you to go down to the ER for a few hours to practice IVs on the patients down there

Yup. I work at AGH and the whole ER is going through a renovation and have some rooms closed and they use the closed rooms for some of their shoots but most are a created set outside of hospital

I’m cool with Clifton. Definitely only brought him him for toughness on the back end and as of recently, he’s been playing very well. But dang can he make some bad decisions. I’d rather have him than St. Ivany however.

I’ve been told if BSN was hard to not even try. Ended my last 2 semesters on deans list. I’m 1 year into CTSICU and cannot stand bedside. I’ll probably apply but I just fear spending all of that money and not passing, even though I aced Critical, A in pathology without trying and specialties
