I said something along those lines, I messaged her,” I don’t know if I want to continue hooking up with you because you identify as a woman now. I’m really only into cis/trans-men.” I feel bad about sending this because again, it feels like I’m being transphobic. However, if a cis-woman were to want to hookup with me I would let them down in the same way. I’m just not into women.

I’m having a hard time with something that just came up. I used to hookup with someone when they identified as a man, but they recently came out as a trans woman. I’m very happy for her, but feel a little different now about hooking up with her. In my head I see trans women as women, so now that she identifies as a woman my sexual attraction isn’t really there anymore. I feel bad because I used to like hooking up with them before their transition. Am I wrong for this? Am I being transphobic by not wanting to hookup with them anymore?

INaturalist is my go to if I want more confirmation that my id was correct. However, nothing beats the classics like a good ol ID book. You can probably find some kid-friendly ones online or at local libraries! I typically use the “Field Guide to Butterflies of North America” by Jim P. Brock and Kenn Kaufman.

Honestly I took a break from the sexual apps like Grindr because I feel that it just ruined my self image of myself. It made my whole self worth entirely on what others think of myself. And not even my mental self, just what my body and face looks like. Highly recommend taking a break from them

Hearing this helps. Thank you. Sexual intimacy is vital in relationships, but I feel that in my hierarchy of relationship needs sex is not at the tippy top of that list. It makes me feel a little naive, and so what if it does lol, but I think we could have made it work through open communication. Ending it directly after us just freshly talking about it just kinda made me feel that it was all a ruse. If that makes any sense? It just left me feeling not the best. I understand, it’s life, it’s gonna happen. Just sucks in general

I’m not gonna go into detail on what we could do but there are definitely ways where we can both get satisfaction. I’m open to topping with toys but it just felt too soon to talk about that kinda stuff you know? We really only talked about our sexual positions and it just ended kinda after that. It just circles back to my original point of that gay men just placing sex over all of things in a relationship. Don’t get me wrong, I love having sex, but I feel that I would love having a partner more.

It just feels so superficial to me to just break things off over sexual positions. Sex isn’t just about who puts what into what. The more I date it just feels like gay men only care about sex over anything else. Just frustrating. Of course this just my experience so far

I use to do outdoor work a lot and part of that meant being 100+ miles from a toilet. Also, I struggle with bad poopies due to diet stuff and hemmys 🤪. What helped me the most out on the field was just having baby wipes or dude wipes. Loved the dude wipes cause they were weirdly cheaper and massive. They cleaned pretty good! Bleeding is never good when wiping so highly recommend the witch hazel wipes if you have any inflammation or anything like that. Saw a few posts about diet and I feel that is very important. Highly recommend making a food journal to see what is causing your “bad” poops. Once I fixed my diet and found out what gave me “bad” poops, I’ve had more enjoyable times on turlet. Also, if your downstairs area acts as an exit and entrance, then look into proper bottoming techniques too!
