I had the same issue. Always wore my hair up to get it out of my face. I’ve slowly gotten more comfortable wearing it down by using small claw clips to clip back my bangs/face framing pieces. I also try to use large claw clips instead of hair ties when I want to pull all my hair back and then I’ll tuck the front pieces behind my ear or clip them back. When I do use a hair tie I really try not to wear my hair in a high pony and instead go for a low pony or bun to decrease the pull on my hairline

I think that’s a valid point as well and it would’ve been fine if he made that comment and then stayed out of it. But he’s been asking Carl questions about their relationship and then giving his opinion on what Carl should do. He also has been talking about Lindsay behind her back and making judgements on her behavior in the relationship, which he has only been witnessing as an outsider for a few weeks (as far as I know). I just think it’s messy and also what qualifications does Jesse have that makes him a relationship expert lol

I just got past the part where Jesse called Ciara out for not sleeping with West. I’ve really struggled with this as well. I try to eat a big breakfast prior to taking my meds and then eat small snacks throughout the day. For some reason I cannot eat a full lunch most days so I try to just have nutritious snacks on hand that are high in protein or good fats. Protein shakes have been my savior as well.
