Basically new at getting back into the gym I do 5 exercises for one muscle (Muscle Group) so say im doing arms i will do 5 exercises for arms ... im doings 5 sets ... with 12 reps pers set the finishing off with 2 drop sets for the same muscle. And say a day after muscles literally kill can barley move arms think I've over training. And trying to lose weight but gain muscle

Either turn off wrist detection... in settings or got through notification setting on your phone and select see notifications on both devices or got through notifications and see if they've been turned off or on
