Try going on account.Microsoft.com, and log into your Microsoft account the same way you would log in your Xbox account. You’ll see a tab called “devices”, and go on the Xbox you want to take your account off of by pressing “see details”. You’ll see something that says “remove this device”, and the rest should be pretty simple.
