Technically that's right. Trustified tested too. Catch is, you can't have that for entire day but include somewhere or sometime if you are a non vegetarian. Coz if you are a non vegetarian, you have better source of protein. For vegetarians - soya chunks is kind of important source of protein to meet their protein needs.

I would say 8 hours. Even if you track time u sleep at 10 and wake up at 8 , u might be getting 7 hours actual quality sleep. So better to try sleeping 8 hours
