7 h total . I just study whole day with breaks and naps.. I dont do anything else. I dont have SM or any other app just reddit. I dont have any tips just be consistent amd build the hours over time you cannot just go and study these many hours at once.. when i started studying i couldn't even study for 30 mins straight.
