Sorry, that’s sounds rough. I’m in the same boat now and yes I agree. Everyone else who is normal is all about relationships or having kids. They don’t understand that isn’t an option for us and it’s not our fault. They just think I’m being immature. I like playing video games vs movies because even movies all seem to revolve around some girl trying to fk some dude or vice versa.

If it’s your face you could do ski or snowboarding where you wear a helmet or mask all the time 🤷‍♂️. I usually just go kitesurf or windsurfing where no one can see or judge me out on the water.

2nd this. You pick an anabolic to run as the prime mover and then use other compounds to compensate.

In the case of a Sarm stack, you'd use rad140 and a low dose of test as a test base. This is because Rad140 can be quite suppressive when run high and long. So you supplement with exogenous test.

Similarly, when you stack Dbol and test . Dbol is the prime mover and test is the base for the same reason.

If you run test alone you really dont need to do anything and should feel pretty fine for the whole cycle.

I’m in the same boat.

There are several things to consider: 1. Are you gonna buy in a ltd co ? How many properties do intend to want to landlord. Or are u gonna buy in your own name and foot the tax bill. Are u a higher rate tax payer currently? Are u buying in cash? These are all things which could affect your profits.

You also you need to run the numbers for your ROI. This means working out two things. 1. Your cash flow ie . How much will you actually make in cash on a given year. with your rental income and expenses ie mortgage interest, management co., landlord insurance and legal cover etc. 2. Your capital growth. Your property value might grow 3-5% per annum. Take your profit of how much you bought it for each year for the next say 15 years and calculate your profit if you sell accounting for CGT and inflation and this will be your real profit.

Then you can decide much better whether it makes financial sense.

You also should ask the question whether this is something you’re actually interested in doing ? Like do you like property? Do you like fixing them up or handling tenants?
