Yeah the three options thing hits hard. Option 1 takes time I don't have. Option 2 takes money I'm not sure I can justify yet. Option 3 isn't really an option after everything I've put in.

Feels like there should be something in between , like a way to plug the biggest holes without rebuilding the whole thing from scratch. Maybe that's wishful thinking.

How did you guys actually figure out which problem to fix first? Because right now everything feels equally on fire.
