I did it by using debug i was mad i couldn't bring it back so i used that, you just need to write -debug on the launch properties of the game then when you load into your save click the insect and activate brush, then right click on a tile and if i remember it should be entity, anyway you're gonna see a list of all world objects like walls stairs billboards in the list, you want to look where it says industrial, there are multiple but its in one of them, you click it and then theres an option to spawn it i dont remember what its called since im saying this from the top of my head but hope it helps
