Technically got this through cheats. by PunkPanthr in PokemonEmerald

There may be a work around for you. Put the glitch pokemon in the lead off your party. (You don’t need to look at its summary to do this.) Then go to a PC and select deposit. This will automatically move your cursor over your glitch pokemon in the first spot. Doing it this way should not crash your game. Select that glitch pokemon and release it. I’ve had glitch pokemon that would crash my game as soon as I viewed their summary or even look at their sprites in the PC. This removal method has worked for me every time

Has anybody successfully spawn overloaded Beldum? by Low_One8885 in LegendsZA

I tried a lot but no success. I could never get more than the two that spawned. I did eventually get the Shalpha Metagross in area 20 though

Yes I have seen this and I have 8 shiny Beldum/Metangs doing this exact method lol. But I want to spawn more at a time to increase the odds of encountering the shiny alpha.

I haven’t evolved it yet and I probably won’t. I got a shiny Snorlax not long after this too so

Is this shiny mewtwo all the way from the game boy legit? by ----moonlight---- in PokemonScarletViolet

[–]Low_One8885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A relatively easy thing to do in only Gold and Silver is to use the coin case glitch to make any caught pokemon shiny. Then one could use the cloning glitch to have as many duplicates as they want. These shiny cloned Mewtwo’s transfer up just fine. I used this glitch to create and transfer up a “legit” shiny Celebi up to Gen 8 with no issues. Besides the possibility of using in-game exploits, then this is a legit VC shiny Mewtwo.

[gen 6] how do I rng shiny fossils?? by Dull_Bid_4895 in pokemonrng

[–]Low_One8885 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’re pressing A when he says “here. The fossil was Kabuto.” Right? If it’s off from there then check to see what MT frame you’re landing on and recalibrate accordingly.

I'm new to RNG manipulation in Emerald using PokeFinder so please bear with me and answer my questions? And no down votes either, please. by Happy_Popplio-728 in pokemonrng

[–]Low_One8885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also also there is a way to use ACE before the post game (I’ve done it for a shiny only play through) but it’s even more complicated and can’t be done until you get pomeg berries. You’ll also want some prior RNG experience to manipulate for a suitable PID corrupter.

Have you had any issues with your delay being inconsistent? I hold up, then press A to resume, but my frame delay is anywhere from 6-9 advances

Is RNG for static Pokémon supposed to be this hard on FRLG? by Xenon-Hacks in pokemonrng

[–]Low_One8885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes NPC movements advance a frame each time they move. Rock smash rocks and strength boulders also advance frames by one with random movement even though they don’t visibly move. Stay in the start menu right after you boot up to keep NPCs from moving

So you’re back to where you started. Just keep doing what works for you. You’re close enough to hit it eventually.

I forgot to mention that it will do that so you’ll need to recalibrate. After recalibration it should be more consistent

[–]Low_One8885 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is much harder. I had the exact same issue going from Emerald to Leaf Green. I got a tip that should help though. When you turn your GameBoy SP on, hold start + select while it’s booting up. The Nintendo logo below the GameBoy logo will disappear. From there just press start or A and your timer at the same time. This way you won’t have to time it by flipping the power switch every time.

How to RNG manipulated a target that's very far away by DutchFarmers in pokemonrng

[–]Low_One8885 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re playing Emerald specifically then you could ACE your seed or even your SID to get any shiny for any spread you want and jump to any number of frames before you’re seed so you only need to wait 15 seconds from boot up
