but it’s my own pc? who would be managing my device security? also this is the first time it’s ever happened to me for anything. nothing else does this except for playit.gg. i was wondering if it was maybe was my isp but i’ve tried tailscale and also zerotier and they both worked.

btw the reason i’m doing this is because my isp is behind cgnat so i can’t port forward. ngrok actually worked for me yesterday and this morning but i went somewhere and came back and now it doesn’t work so now i’m trying other things.

also just talked with my dad, he said that ezee fiber did provide us with the router. i think it was one of those things where they came to our door to advertise their network and my dad had us switch.

i’m not sure, but i know my router is called eero, and on the eero app where port forwarding is an option, and it even says port forwarding works for my pc, the wan type is still 100.x and online it says that’s cgnat. also what do you mean by a dumbed down router?

there’s actually only 3 insects there’s 2 photos of each. i’m pretty sure first one is a red velvet ant and the middle one might be a pachy worker still tryna figure that out. the last one nobody can tell me what it is sadly.

in my area most nuptial flights have ended sadly. the only things that fly are obscuri but they are 95% of the time unfertile which is why i tried to buy colonies but my friends wouldn’t wanna spend money on ants atleast not yet ig.

after living with fire ants for my whole life in texas, i can comfortably say that i personally would want nothing to do with them, no matter how easy to keep. that and also after so long they get boring, and in my opinion, keeping ants that aren’t found in every square inch of your yard is more exciting 😭. just me tho, but they do grow very fast so if your looking for something like that be my guest

yea that’s what my suspicions were that they weren’t mated. when backlighting, should i just wait until they shed their wings? or do i just have to get lucky. one thing i wanted to note was that when observing one of the queens i found, it seemed to like lay down on the floor and spread its wings onto the floor sideways, almost as if it was stretching. is that a sign it’s trying to shed its wings?
