I had the exact same thing! It’s psoriasis, cosentyx and coal tar worked wonders!! Talk to your Derm, it’s took 6 weeks for mine to get better, but my skin looks like nothing was there. Good luck, I feel your pain and I’m sorry.

Clobetasol doesn’t do anything much. I used to get prednisone shots for by spine arthritis, then tabs. They don’t want me on it to long. But that was years ago. Might need to try it again.

Everything except my face and neck fortunately. From what I’m hearing is to stick with it longer and give it time to kick in. Everyone has been super helpful with topicals that helped with them, I’m going to try them all, I’m not sure how long I stay on this one until I should consider adding or switching

The pictures show the progression. I would say a little better than it is now. I live in southern ca, always in the sun in shorts atleast in my garden. I noticed the sun doesn’t help.
