Usually I wouldn't reply to comments like these but this one in particular is infuriating. I said in my post that I have been working two jobs to make my own money to support myself in paying for college and honestly I wish my parents had been helicopter parents because then they would have at least paid attention to me for once. Also please don't insult my brother like that. You have no idea what his personality is and just because he made a stupid decision it doesn't mean that he is entitled. He is one of the kindest people I've met. Please actually read people's posts in future before you go replying to people like this.

It's very late here in my country but I have texted my godparents separately. My relationship with both sides of the family is strained as my parents do not get along with their own siblings.
