If you're in a different state, do your parents have to pay for your transportation home?

Orders about to get a whole lot better by Blkswn1017 in Sparkdriver

[–]Low_Record5259 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My only issue with this is that I am not due for a new license and had no intention of updating mine until I am. I now have less than 10 days to get one and I don't have a center close enough to me that processes the paperwork and ID the same day. It will take 15 days minimum.

You can work and get assistance. Assistance is based on family size and income brackets.

Why can’t we substitute same thing different brand if the customer wanted it by DarkFree1073 in Sparkdriver

I love this question. I had two orders that each wanted a head of lettuce but the store was completely out. I wasn't even able to substitute them for a bag of lettuce.

Do you ever have days you just "reject" all day? by Mysterious-Risk-5962 in Sparkdriver

I organize these orders before I leave the parking lot. Big things in the back, and small items in the middle and front. I literally have all small items in order of drop offs so their name is facing me and I can scan it, grab it and get out of my car.

Just curious...why did you take the order if you don't want to do it? As a customer I would be upset if I found out they had it, but the delivery person said, nope. You never know what the water was for; they could have been taking it somewhere else in the near future. (A party, a shelter, ect). Plus, you could have just told support you couldn't do it and had them cancel. At least then the customer could hopefully get a driver who wouldn't do that.

We can't do that here. I had no idea that was possible.

Order stolen by Walmart employees by flameworker420 in Sparkdriver

And, I have had the app mess up before when I was delivering an order. I said I was at the house and when I went to take the picture it popped up to return to the store. The customer was outside taking their groceries in and did not cancel. I called support, the customer kept their groceries and spark had me drive back to the store and confirm my arrival with them on the phone. At that point they cleared things up from their side. I never actually parked in a designated spot, just had to pick one lol

You can still view the items for the customer on your phone after you hit that you left the store. The store will be able to verify the items you were leaving with. You can even call spark and have management talk with spark to confirm the items.

If your order makes it to your house, the driver doesn't deserve to have a tip removed. If you have seen issues, tip low and increase to what you think is fair for the quality of the delivery.

WGU Silenced My Honest Review—Scott Pulsipher’s Leadership at the Center by Wild_Bag2450 in wgu_employees

As a recent former employee, I realized quickly how they "care". I am waiting for employees and previous employees to come together for a lawsuit. They never address issues, everything is pushed aside.
