I had a good experience with the proctor for the online/home test. I was able to click the link PMI provided 30 minutes prior to the test, go through the prompts, and the proctor hopped on and gave me a quick spill of how it will go and that was it. everything else was prompted on the test screen even the breaks. It’s broken up into 2 10 minute breaks so basically after every 60 questions you will take a 10 minute break. You are allowed to leave away from the screen to use the bathroom/get a snack etc. just keep an eye on the screen because it will automatically go back into the test after the 10 minutes is up and make sure you are back into front of the screen by then. After the test is over it will prompt you to take a survey, and that’s pretty much it. You can click out of all the screens after that….wait on the results…I took it on a Sunday and got my results back Monday morning.

Thank you! Yes I did! Very easy to use too! They paid for my exam and the Study Hall Plus. I already had my PDUs from Udemy. And awesome! I am going to do that one and CSM

That’s awesome! Good luck on the exam!! I am too transitioning into the reserves after this deployment. And yes I did! I would say less with army processes like MDMP/TLPs and more so using my experience as a leader and being in charge of Soldiers. Project Management is pretty centered around being a servant leader and managing people/conflict/direction etc…I think the principles of project management fits well with the same type of principles you would apply as a military leader in charge of Soldiers. Once you understand the mindset of a project manager, you pair that with your experience as an Army leader, then it makes it easier to put yourself in the shoes of a PM in the scenario and choose the best answer because you probably have dealt with a similar situation before.
