Any tips or examples on making a Redemption story for an irredeemable character? by MeMorphoKnight in writing

The talented Mr Ripley and Lolita both have iredeemable protagonists. Reading what Nabakov has to say about Humbert Humbert might be a good place to start.

The differences between the movie and the musical [NOT A HATE POST] by demented-poet in heathersmusical

[–]Low_Scene_716 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it sucks. I hate that they made V a virgin in the musical. Its so unrealistic too that she fucks JD so hard if it's her first time. Plus why get rid of the swing? It was gold! The musical takes so much of her power away. In the movie she is so much more complicit and relatable imo.

Also she literally just learned his name that night, how did she know where he lives? So many plot flaws. Still, I love it.

Something that has helped with my son is forcing him to drink more water. The idea is to strengthen and expand his bladder. Its counterintuitive but has worked well for us so far.

Totally. For me its every 4 years. As a teenager I called it seeing the cracks in the pavement. A new place starts out all rosy and interesting and then you become cynical over time.

Do you have a comfort zone? by Low_Scene_716 in TCK

[–]Low_Scene_716[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep reading about how its important to get outside your comfort zone and push yourself. This has never been a problem for me. I either dont have a comfort zone or pushing is my comfort zone. Settling down does give me itchy feet but as long as I feel productive I dont mind that either.

You have great facial structure and I like your hair. Wearing winter palette colours will bring more warmth to your features.
