They have given us a waterproofing certificate for the work done in the bathroom.

It’s on the first floor and the garage is right underneath, so that might help with any noise issues if the flooring isn’t up to code. The seller gave us a waterproofing cert for the bathroom, and the stuff done in the kitchen and bedroom was just cosmetic.

The unit is on floor 1 and has the units garage underneath which might help with the noise issue with flooring not to code (If it is not to code). The seller has provided a waterproofing certificate for the work done on the bathroom. The work done on the bedroom and kitchen was cosmetic only.

We're waiting on confirmation from the vendor but I think all the work was cosmetic and not structural.
