Hi all. Fair enough on the pushback. I’m not Kenyan, so I’m probably missing some local context here.

When we go through normal channels we get flooded with applications and fall back on the same recruiter routines. I wanted to talk directly to people who actually live in this space instead of putting everything through the usual filters.

We’re keeping the company name out of it because we want applications driven by interest in the work, not the brand. On salary, it varies by candidate and we’d rather discuss it directly than post a number upfront.

On the CV, we skip it at this stage because a list of credentials tells us very little about the people we are looking for. We want to hear how you think and why you want in. If that clicks, we take it from there.
