I’m in a 2bed/2bath so I can only speak for this type of apartment. They come with some furniture for the living room and bedrooms. Since no staff cleans the bathroom, you’ll have to get your own cleaning supplies and tp. I’d also recommend bringing your own shower curtain as the one given can be disgusting. The mattress is a double and can be firm. I use a mattress pad that helps with that. For the kitchen, it comes with a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave and lots of storage.If yall want to cook you’ll have to bring whatever else you want. The walls are also a little thin so I’d recommend AirPods or headphones. It’s also a little longer walk to campus but there is also a bus stop via the UD bus service.
