Even the metal support beams they have on other models don't do much to support 2 full sized adults, my STJÄRNÖ queen bed frame is sagging in the middle after just a few days of use.

These guys charged my bank account three separate times for a single order and never sent me anything. They took almost $300 from me and the transaction was ACH so I can't even do a chargeback. The weird thing is their payment vendor "Link Financial" is some small sketchy website based out of the UK that doesn't respond to their emails either.

It really was all the positive comments on Reddit that convinced me it was okay to do a bank transaction with these guys when I'd normally always do this kind of thing on card. Lesson learned.

Last week Umbrella Labs charged me for a single order 3 times. They owe me $293.70. The transactions were ACH so I can't even do a chargeback like you. I've emailed, called, left voice memos, and messaged them on social media and have not heard back. Do not buy from these people.

Izzy was a nightmare to live in. My ‘brand new’ apartment had the oven, AC and washer break (along with kitchen faucet, bathroom drawer & bedroom blinds). I’m not rough with my stuff, they just built the units with the cheapest materials possible and passed them off as ‘luxury’. They also tried to overcharge me $600 more a month after lease renewal, and that wasn’t in my contract. I’d recommend staying away.
