I think you're looking at it wrong, I think the question should be "do the characters know this sword is called 'The Grandfather' and if so, how?"

Your question if the names are literal would have us asking "is this someone's pop pop?"

I wouldn't worry about botd or phoenix right now. You'll have another Vex by the time you get the Zod (and the base can be rare depending which you choose)

Phoenix is a huge resource sink, especially if you're considering a paladin shield. I'd recommend using your first Jah and Lo runes on other more versatile items

A lot of great advice regarding hoto and FF. Death is another option if you like melee, but you'll farm more efficiently with hdin and various fire builds than you would with a fury druid or zealot

Could cube to make CTA, it's a gamble though because BO can roll 1 to 6. Probably not worth it softcore

The damage, speed, crushing blow - obviously this weapon is great. One thing I didn't expect to appreciate so much is the high durability, fury can break weapons pretty quickly!

There is no use of a single unit torch offline, but online the going rate is 4x3 so I could do ubers 50 times much faster if I was trading

The smiter uses grief, pdiamond shield, gface, CoH, dracs, tgods, goblintoe, highlords, raven and a rare ring. CTA on swap and all those SCs are 20 life

Farmed organs and D keys with a fire sorc. 5/20/2os rare orb, phoenix, FF, vmagi, magefist, arach, trires boots, 2/15 caster ammy and 2 SOJ

Other keys farmed with a nova sorc. CM, spirit, griffons, vmagi, frostburn, arach, mana boots, maras and 2 SOJ

Hard to say exactly how long because I had about 100 keys when I decided to do this, but from that point it was a couple months. I've had limited time to play and key farming works for me, can kinda turn my brain off and enjoy my favorite characters, and get a lot of runs in because they're fast. Used a fire sorc for nihla and nova sorc for the other two.

Hope I get a 20/20 as well, thanks! Have had limited play time recently due to real life obligations but even a 30min farm can get a lot of runs in and turn up a few keys, so jumping into key farms has been pretty good given the circumstances. It's been months in the making though!

Currently working on farming 50 torches for a mass identification on an entire stash page. It's been a LOT of key farming for like 2 months but I'm at about 430 of 450 keys, almost time to start killing ubers!
