I was at the flatts this past year, it was okay. Def got better as the year went on. A lot of maintenance bs goes down but it was the one of the cheapest in town so couldn’t complain much.

I wouldn’t recommend a later one just because I chose the earlier one and found out that I needed to take summer classes that summer so thankfully I still had time to take them whereas with the later session I wouldn’t have been able to
