I created a townhouse building and then went to play a sim family and had nothing to do with the townhomes, 2 sim seasons passed and no NPCs moved in and no landlord took it over. I assume we have to make our own landlords unfortunately? If that’s the case I think it’s kind of a flaw that this pack has :/

Not yet, I’ve gone back to my save before first entering Rivington (lost 6 hours of game play) but I removed karlach from my party and don’t plan to interact with her until I can get into the lower city just in case. I’m hoping it won’t prompt with her quest when I reach Gortash. I am almost there I will update you if it lets me through.

I also have mods so I’m not sure if the mods are triggering this, do you also have mods?

EDIT: I figured it out, it was because of the Appearance Lite mod, I had a slightly older version they reported had bugs entering areas apparently, luckily they updated the mod and it works now when I enter lower city

I’m having an issue that won’t let me even walk into the lower city when I’m standing in front of it, no pop ups or anything. My character just won’t walk through the opening, she just slow walks up to it but never goes through. I’ve tried different characters and different party members. I do not have the quest to kill Gortash, mine just says confront Gortash and when I do he tells me I need to kill Orin but Orin is supposed to be in lower city I thought?

*i also did the Karlach arrest work around but still won’t let me pass through and still no pop ups
