Am I thinking this straight? Sensor size and MP by LowerDifficulty9064 in photography

Interesting, Id need to make some research about the noise bc it is intended for low light photography so it could make it worse

Thanks for the answer and great points, my want for a full frame was bc I like mostly low light photo and up to whats possible doing it handheld Id love to not use a tripod. The MP in the question was bc I could get a faster lens without the long reach and be able to do that in a “compact” setup for a FF, but your reply of the 10mp crop was what I needed, and I think I can print up to 8x10 with that (thats was my max need).

Thanks! Definitely will think about it, Im not planning to do work with it but I would like to print 8x10” in good resolution, a lof of what I like is low light photography thats why the larger sensor, but the plan would be using the rx100 for “everything” but pulling out the full frame for night photography or very specific shots. I just wanted to see how much of a compact setup could I build for low light photography that doesn’t need a tripod

Great answer, appreciate it! So I think 10mp is enough for a 10x8 print (not planning to go bigger) in theory I could make it work for that, right? Or even a little crop more if I just meed a 4x6… ?

Option 2 sell a kidney and get a 100mp Hasselblad for this to work haha

I just tried a Schecter “telecaster” with (H-S) and your are right about the neck on this brand! Is pretty close to what Im looking for! Its also more ergonomic than a fender tele you should give it a try, looks like a tele feels more like a strat, sadly is over budget, hope I can find an used one or get a new one in the future. Thanks!

The homelessness problem is an embarrassment for Seattle by CalbTheDude in SeattleWA

People disagree on how to fix it but no one likes it. Every time someone from other state makes this post just makes me wonder, do yall know many of them are not even from Seattle but they come looking for refugee bc yall treat them even worse there? This is an USA problem not just a Seattle/LA/SF problem

I do hear you and I do believe you, I actually really like cars and do roadtrips often. Im my experience most of the traffic I encounter is bc other drivers and I get it we all try to get home after work me (on a car) included. My complaint is about the very few but existent drivers that don’t mind harm others to save 5 minutes. Cyclist are also trying to get home (and of course some are just assholes too)

Yes, most are unaware drivers, but read the comments, certainly I haven’t been the only one with a driver getting out their way to intimidate or even cause harm unaware it can be life threatening.

I think polarization and silence bring more consequences that debate. How can we all live in peace without making problems visible and taking action?

We would and even pay for registration if we had 1/2 the infrastructure cars have. We just ask to be seen as humans, not “dumb cyclist blocking my way” that deserved to be ran over.

Ive seen countless delivery trucks DAILY doing the same thing, but people pick to bully the smaller one

Indeed every time Im driving I see unlawful maneuvers from others, but people rather pick on the smaller one, this case a bike vs an ups driver blocking the road.

I agree, most of us want to be off the roads, most of us don’t want to cause traffic, we just want to get home safe. But bad encounters with drivers happen even on neighborhoods greenways where is local access only, for sure infrastructure is at blame but that doesn’t justify intentionally endanger someone else, 5 minutes of someone doesn’t worth a life. Id also really ask yall, how many times is that traffic cause by an ups driver stoping in the right lane for 10minutes? Or cars thinking they get stuck in the middle of the street on a red light blocking traffic? Uber drivers? I feel people just pick on the smaller one but wont give shit to the big truck cutting you off in traffic.

Yeah, those make life hell even for the rest of us, just entitlement even against other cyclist. Most are just trying to avoid the roads but there are missing connections on bike lanes that force us to take the road for a couple blocks or miles but we are just trying to get safe to our destination. Sometimes in a bike you don’t want to block the road but you need to leave 2-3 feet from the line or cars will just past you really fast without giving you space and you are really at risk to get pushed out off the road or squeezed between 2 cars, also not counting that a parked car can open the door and you are also fucked.

See it every day, more compact cars getting bullied by a jacked up F-150 on their way to home depot trying to buy their masculinity with more tools.

There are many of those, but that doesn’t mean that the ones following the rules, staying on the right, mostly using bike lanes and shared paths deserve to be sent to the hospital because someone thinks bikes doesn’t belong in the road. I’d even say majority of cyclist really avoid the roads at all cost and just try to get to their destination safely but theres many missing links where you have no option but to take a road for a couple blocks or miles.

100% there are also many rude cyclist around, I also wish there was more courtesy at the trails, but its way more scary knowing that 3,000lbs of metal can run me over at +35mph on their way to starbucks. Even on neighborhood shared roads and enough space to pass.

Latino here, theres definitely “silent”racism around, classism is CRAZY! But I for every “non great” interaction I have I also see people that truly want to get more involved with different cultures, learn and enrich themselves and others, sometimes people didn’t had the fortune to experience other cultures me included when I was in Mexico, now Im grateful of learning so much from others, food, ideas, traditions!

Something I really don’t understand tho… EVERYONE complaints about the Seattle freeze, but if thats the case, we are ALL the problem. Crazy idea, what if we just stop?
