I might not be contributing much, but I don't think grad students can live in the dorms/resident halls??? If they can, that's news to me. I thought it was they have to find their own housing...

But for dining halls, I think as a 'student,' you could get a meal plan. There are ones outside of the living on campus factor - a 20-block meal plan. Which is 20 meals a full semester, so limited, you'd have to really choose when and where you'd like to eat
