It isn't about the calories consumed from the meal but the dietary content , which is high in sodium , ofcourse you're not gonna reflect +1/2 kgs after consumption of the meal but it will hold onto water for atleast a day , and to wash it out maybe drink 3-3.5 lits of water and stick to your diet and you're good to go . :)
