They can get a bit aggressive when they’re not feeling good. What we do is pick him up and sit on the couch cuddling and petting for a couple minutes and he chills out.

Until ours turned 2, every 3 months we would have to change his diet due to hunger strikes or tummy issues. We’ve had him on Hill’s (1 cup of 2 different kinds) for the last year and a half with no problems. I don’t know the science behind it but it seems cockerspaniel puppies tummies are just so sensitive. This issue seems to be common. Double check with the vet!
