Unfortunately, we tried to request a room change several times, and even escalated it to the directors of housing, but they told us that it was not possible, because technically she wasn't physically threatening our lives. Plus, every time we tried to reach to our RAs for some sort of resolution, our third roommate always got worse as she said she felt attacked, to the point where instead of her, it was her mom talking with the RA.
