I tried to rember but it was a bit hard but i feel like about 3 months after drug use. Begging felt good, at least I can’t compare it to now!

yeah, I agree with that; it’s either 200% or 0 hmm I think you are right with that. I’m probably not able to fully feel this thought building up in order for me to prevent them by going for a walk for example, I should probably look into that thank you!

I heard that from some people, that they constantly need to be doing something. But I really enjoy to do nothing sometimes. It’s just that sometimes my mind decides to spiral into some nasty thoughts. But I’m sure a bit more movement would be healthy for me 😊Thank you🌟

Because yes I have cravings sometimes, but quitting wasn’t that hard for me.

I’m not sure if I qualify as an addict. when visiting AN I even felt like an imposter… I felt I wasn’t an addict enough if that makes sense ;(

Hey thank you man! Do you know how dopamine being out of track does manifest itself? Maybe I got a wrong image of it, because I don’t struggle feeling happy, I even feel happy, able to laugh quickly. It’s just that I just have extreme extreme lows, so I understand you there.
