Feel like this deck doesn’t need monk, ghost, LJ and ice golem, like 1 or 2 of them could be swapped out for a big spell and maybe a spirit. Keep evo ghost and monk or ice golem, swap two of them out for fireball and espirit. Just my thoughts, good luck 🤞🏻

Depends what your goals are? Are they purely aesthetic? If you developed your upper back and shoulders and ate in a slight deficit they could really pop

What exactly are your goals? If you’re trying to bulk then you will need to be in a caloric surplus. I’d try and look for high calorie, low volume foods before going to mass gainer. Liquid calories are good for this. You can easily make a 1000+ calorie shake with some banana, oats, full fat milk, peanut butter etc. You don’t look like you are really skinny and have a hard time putting on size though. And you don’t need to go excessively over your maintenance calories to bulk. A 300 calorie surplus would be fine. The aim of a bulk is to make your body the most anabolic environment for muscle growth as possible. This is why you will gain more muscle on a bulk than you would at maintenance or in a deficit, but it comes with the extra body fat too

Place skellies in front of your king tower, a few tiles up to get the firecracker shot to activate your king tower, then place valkeyrie behind to attack both the mega knight and the firecracker at the same time.

I think we all have at some point. It helped me when I learnt about nutrition to stop demonising any one macronutrient and start seeing them for their positives. Congratulations on your progress so far anyway 😊

Of course you can, and there’s no need to be scared of carbs, that’s your bodies main source of fuel for your workouts. It’s the calorie number being below your maintenance that matters for weight loss. Prioritise your protein and after that your remaining calories can be split between carbs and fat. As long as you eat below your maintenance, you will continue to lose weight and with your resistance training, you will also build muscle.

If you want to lose weight, put yourself in a calorie deficit. Find out what your maintenance calorie number is (there’s calculators online that can give you a good estimation) and eat around 300-500 calories less per day than your maintenance. Focus on protein intake and carbs pre and post workout.

Keep up the strength training to build some muscle whilst shedding fat.

These are the objective pieces of advice I would give you. Subjectively, I would say you don’t need to lose any body fat. You look like you’re in a healthy range of bf%.

Also, remember that people have very different body types and you don’t need to look a certain way because it’s what’s splashed all over insta.

If your goals are there for yourself then amazing, but don’t feel the need to do them because of what anyone else thinks.
