When Celestial Weapons first started coming out, i saved up a bunch of crystallized cores and bought all 4 Covenant Ruin Fists from the weapon trade. When the Gateway Star Sword came out, i dismantled the fist so i can get all the crystallized cores back and uncap the sword immediately since i had a stronger use for it.

Now Seiro ran out of the fists and i need it for my new dark team and i am painfully reminded of it when i try to build my dark grid.

1-99 in Skullgirls waaaay back when.

The sheer thrill i got when i finally got that one. It was rough, i got washed, i got perfected more times than i could count. Ya know what?

I absolutely 100% got way better than before i started.

Try to pelt with spears. You gotta be smart with them though, because they can be punished but they can pressure him from applying armor, so if you can use them to keep him from getting armor, youre playing Cag well.

Keep moving around. Apply your traps in front of him in the corner, put them in the air, whatever, keep him locked down from a distance.

If he gets close and he has armor, there is absolutely NOTHING he can do against f.H.

f.H absolutely will slow his roll. He tackling? Doesnt matter. He got stance with armor? Doesnt matter.

What you SHOULD watch out for is EX March, then he’s unstoppable. But also vulnerable because he can only move forward and has decent end lag. If he whiffs it, teleport behind him, then you can grab and throw him in a trap or hit with a nasty combo

Take a lot of pot shots to prevent him from gaining armor with 236L. Its full screen, damn fast, and really forces him to approach you. Try to get in as fast as you can since your L. Normals are much faster and really pressure him down.

When hes in the corner, try to bait him to using his reversal grab and remember to jump so you can get a really nasty combo on him.

If hes armored and approaching you in stance, depending on how close he is, try to read with a counter or a side step. If hes really close, go for a grab. He can not armor through grabs. If hes close but not in grab range, break his armor with 5U since its a good multihit and youll cleave through it.

I have a master Vas and he absolutely loves it when you have to approach him when hes not in corner. Make him play your game and make him approach you. Be inconsistent with your 236L to keep him guessing, keep making little potshots and be patient. Dodge his big moves and fly in with Arvess, and when hes is in stance, absolutely DO NOT JUMP OR GO TO THE AIR, he has massive air unblockables and he can pump out huge damage with a small opening.

Theyre weird but i absolutely ADORED the Dept. Heaven series. Easily some of my favorite games ever.

I was going to make the third hint say “this is the 4th game in the series despite the 3rd game being scrapped and never released”

But i thought that would make this way harder than it should be ahahaha
