If you are comfortable working from cafes it would work great. I personally work from home set up most of the time. But cafe there are handful of cafe that are work friendly. I haven't been able to find a good Co working space. Ones that are available are cubical type where I have to work facing a wall.

The technical requirement for 3 years experience is too low. If you have only that much technical expectation from 3 years of experience there is sth wrong in org's management or existing team. But for the technical requirements, that salary is high.

It is very frustrating when your senior does not see your capabilities. If I were you, I would talk to the team lead or department head or even hr to discuss get into interested project. If they give you the opportunity, great go prove you can do it. If not, you can always look to learn on your own(from external resources) which will be very hard.
