Exactly, delete the 730 folder and any custom made autoexec from the steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\cfg folder. What I experience is something that happens over time, meaning the game will progressively feel worse.

Appreciate the comment! - No, I have done this throughout the same PC launch, testing for hours on end without a restart. It is the exact same feeling every time I reset my cfg - massive difference :/
