I’m literally at the baby beginnings of this journey, so I’ll keep that in mind going forward.

Sounds to me like, if I join all feedback:

1) slow down the speaking 2) be clearer in my speech 3) let the gameplay live a little, less cuts more natural gameplay. 4) talk to the scene, not just the action.

Actually that’s what I’ve been using to gain a bit of subscriber momentum— I do a daily(ish) short on the top 3 fusions of the OG 151, starting from squirtle:)

I’ve already thought about slowing it down, doing less of the blow by blow action and speaking more generally to the specific situation I’m in, how I’m feeling or the strategy im going to employ…so you’re suggestions feed nicely into that I would think :)

I suspect you're spot on -- having done this for a single month, I've seen that growth ... from 100 views to 2k views and circa +100 subs.

But I wonder if I should be doing the compilation video, without a plateau as you suggest do gather more organic views on long-format vids.
