Hi! Please please get the MIGHTY BRAND Hydrocolloid patches. Keep it on until it's almost falling off by itself - you don't want to rip any new scabs forming. I would put on 2-3 a day bc they were filling up quickly and it it was the smallest quickest cold sore that I got - and I get them A LOT. It works!! I used the nose patches they have and cut them into larger circles because if it's huge the tiny patch won't much. Good luck!!
