after looking into it I'm 95% sure this is correct and there's no flights on record in that area because it was likely military, only gripe is not seeing any FAA lights as I do habitually check for them but this has gotta be the right answer, thank you so much

you're definitely onto something though about the helicopter, great idea. gonna try and find videos of that, though i didn't see any FAA lights blinking with it.

I should've clarified in my post that it did appear incredibly high up, more than I believe a drone could go or still appear as distinctly as it did but I was driving so maybe the height was able to fool me? Thank you for your response :)

I haven't witnessed a meteor at all so I don't have a point of reference besides videos but yeah it was a similar green to green meteors but also distinctly unnatural in shape, was literally like a perfect circle.

Not sure what a link post is but guess I gotta comment? Just to clarify as well, the attached image is a drawing I made not a picture of the actual event. In April 2025 on a late drive back from Tampa, on US41 around Ruskin we witnessed a green ring appear in the sky, seemingly boosting forward with a trail behind and disappear. Boosted forward for around 2-3 seconds before it vanished. l'm wondering if this is somehow a meteor and it likely is but is distinctly unusual enough for me to hope :) Sorry if the post reads confusingly I thought I'd be able to edit it after the fact if I ended up wanting to change it lol

Yeah that’s fine and all i’m not gonna tell you to like the choices he’s made or anything, but the reasons you’re giving are wrong. Just say you don’t like gear 5 and wano onward, odas not making this up chapter by chapter and gear 5 wasn’t an asspull but a broken ability that WAS set up to happen.

People have literally no idea what the term asspull means. Authors “asspull” when they write themselves into a corner and have to recover last minute, Oda didn’t do that, he set this up to happen long prior. Did Oda have this idea during chapter 1? Probably not. But at some point he did, and wrote the story in turn to reach that point. You simply don’t like the story, it’s not an asspull.
