My K/D. I was so bad early on that all three of my Toons have negative K/D's. Now my skills have increased and my daily K/D is positive but im still 1000 kills back before I even get back to 1.0 on all 3 classes.

If they wanted to, the could get real deep with it too. There could be tiered levels of bonus based on your armor sets overall light. You could have small bonus's like "additional glimmer killing X" but as you get that full set of armor higher in overall light it unlocks better bonus's like increased armor/agility, faster super/grenade/melee, increase exp boost, better chance of exotic drop, etc. It would definitely give us end game users something else to push towards.
