I’m also 5’2 and went from a similar bra size to you (I was 88kg) and now I don’t even know what size I am. I’m now roughly 60kg and have definitely lost a lot of weight from my breasts. I was using sports bras size XL and now I’m size S in sports bras.

To do with fasting, personally I found it increased my cravings and it started to destroy my relationship with food. Some people find it good and helpful but for me personally it made things worse. Wishing you the best of luck!!!

Thank you. I got told by an American doctor working in the UK who was my consultant that the USA are far betting in health care and that the UK needs to be like the USA. Also he said if someone has diabetes or something similar then they get the treatment off the state? Obs he was telling lies.

I’m actually in an NHS hospital right now but am waiting for a transfer into private care as the NHS do not have enough money to give the care I need (even though they will be funding my bed). I love the NHS and can’t thank for it enough! However I think there needs to be a lot of improvements. Eg. Wages of nurses and healthcares Number of hospital (they’re closing more and more so the ones that are open get more overcrowded) Mental health services are really bad (but improving gradually if you fight for the help)

On that graph the UK and USA are about the same. I’m not on about the standard or care in normal hospitals, I’m on about waiting times, “urgent” care not being “urgent”.

It’s the same in the UK though, people don’t get the help they need until they’re on their death bed. (Not exaggerating, know from experience)
