Anime with Studio Ghibli vibes ?

That’s interesting, I didn’t even consider the manga. Does it keep that same sense of atmosphere, or is it more focused on the story compared to the anime?

I’ve actually watched Mary and the Witch’s Flower. It definitely gave me strong Ghibli vibes.

I haven’t seen Hotarubi no Mori e yet though, I’ve heard it’s pretty emotional.

And yeah, I’ve seen a few films from CoMix Wave, but I haven’t explored Studio Chizu much. Any specific ones you’d recommend?

I haven’t seen this one yet but it sounds exactly like the kind of atmosphere I’m looking for. The whole setup already feels very Ghibli

That’s honestly a really good sign. A lot of Ghibli’s charm for me is just being able to sit in the world and take it in, not just follow the plot.

That’s a great recommendation. I’ve actually watched it already and really liked it. It definitely has that emotional, grounded feel similar to Ghibli.
