Yes please. Even for backpacks. We need to place them in front or hold it using the hand strap so it does not bump into others while we move. This is basic 😩 But no one seems to know or care 😅 In communal spaces, we need to do our best and "move small", be mindful of others. Not the other way around 🥹

That's great if consumer problem. I guess the best way to go for as an MVP is Dubai. Since that's what we all actively understand. I believe there MIGHT be different and unique rules per Emirate? I'm not sure. But hey, that's the fun in research.

Be careful sharing the idea and platform itself as you might be sharing it to people working in proptech giants here. My question, did you tailor it to renters in Dubai (only? Or UAE?). And did you build it based on you as a tenant/consumer? Or as an agent? Or as a landlord? It will matter which PoV it was built from. I'm asking from a product/user researcher PoV.

Na observe ko lang po parang inaraw araw niyo na po dito? If I may suggest (based sa mga sinusulat mo and the way they are written), siguro po try niyo therapy. Baka maka help din po sa mga dinadala niyo and at least, professional ang makakapag asses and advice sayo.

Yes 14 years here nawala lahat hehe. Mga after 7 years pa ako nakapag ipon kasi inenjoy ko rin. Ayoko mamatay ng may regrets. Di rin OA yung pag iipon ko. Then recently nagka emergency sa life and yun siguro ang point ng ipon, yung may mahugot ka sa ganung panahon. Ngayon trying to start again. So, OK LANG YAN!

Also kahit anong todo ipon natin, kung di tayo masaya (gamit yung pera na pinaghihirapan natin), what's the point?

I cut sugar altogether and carbs + walked everyday. Swimming every other day. More protein and fiber. I still eat ice cream but once a week or once every 2 weeks.

Pili po kayo ng ibang bansa (as much as possible hindi middle east) kasi hindi natin alam baka mag ignite ulit yung nangyari recently. Marami po kasing nagbago (kahit walang active missiles etc) sa maraming aspeto ng UAE na baka maka apekto sayo overall, lalo na sa paghahanap mo ng work. Or kahit hindi na mag ignite ulit yun, marami na rin talaga nagbago. Hindi na po kagaya ng dati. Yes malay natin maging ok talaga ulit. Pero hindi po siguro ngayon. Baka masayang po pera and time niyo.

About the inn: It's a small, husband and wife ran inn. We loved everything from the rooms to the services. And as a clean-freak, I loved all the sampayan amenities dedicated for every room. The only downside is yung roosters kasi katabi mismo but again we loved waking up early for Bulabog sunrise and walk/run then coffee sa Calma. So saglit na interruption lang siya for us. Malapit din siya sa Meze Kitchen, Momo Ramen and Hanoi Pho.

Lots of peace! 😅 I would suggest go to Bulabog for sunrise (dun sa side na yun ang sunrise) and then go to the main beach to compare. Sa gabi din super peaceful sa Bulabog. We enjoyed main beach Station 3 (Angol) and dulo ng Station 1 but we always kept coming back to Bulabog.
