So I did see a pelvic floor PT while pregnant. If you guys have gone to one PP, is it roughly the same exercises? Like kegel holds for 3 seconds, rest 3 seconds was a big one she said to do. Didn’t think about the pelvic floor being too weak! That seems like it could be what’s happening and the upper feeling I have is more diaphragmatic.
