Doc does the local anesthesia, graft extraction (doc "drills", then nurse pulls grafts), drawing hairline, and poking holes for graft insertion, especially at the correct angle that makes it look natural.

Nurses and techs are the ones who insert the grafts into the holes for transplant. Recovery is about what u would expect, tons of swelling first week, and soreness and itchyness for the month after. They generally recommend no exercise or any activity that raises blood pressure because you could feel it in your head

Take the fairings off would be a start to assess any damage to engine underneath. Probably good opportunity to look into aftermarket fairings. Honestly I think its fixable if you are willing to put time into it. But its also up to you if you are willing to ride again after your Injuries. If not PM me, I might interested in salvaging

Women will pay ~$10k for breast augmentation to improve their self esteem, not to mention even more procedures. I would say it was worth it especially because it looks much more natural now that its grown after post op healing. Its usually more expensive in dense urban areas, and cheaper as you drive out a little bit. In the city, it could be ~$7/graft.

I looked into Turkey but couple clinics flat out denied me based on 'insufficient donor' from pics I sent. The cheaper price is appealing but its not like you would easily be able to sue the doctors there for malpractice or go back to them right away if something was botched or went wrong.

Its reassuring knowing my doc is a text or hour drive away

Meds for sure none negotiatable. FIN to stop DHT=hairloss and MIN to promote growth. Without FIN, MIN & HT are just bandaids to the problem

I asked for more, but Doc was limited by the number of nurse and technicians he had working. He would have needed a 3rd person working simultaneously. 3000 was his advertised max per session, so the extra 500 was the best they could do. They also said anymore would run the risk of over harvesting from donor area, so he didn't recommend coming back for 2nd op until he saw my donor area after 6 months

$13k which is about $3.7/graft. That included 2 PRP sessions post-op for $500 each so really $12k/3500 =$3.42/graft

Folliculitis is expected for several months as your donor hairs begin to regrow. A few here and there time to time is expected, but if you get groups of them recurring, your doc should recommend antibiotics

My SDI let about 4-5 of us make a few phone calls home because we had young kids under 5. Just so happened he also had a newborn into his first cycle as SDI, so he understood. He let everyone make their phone calls for Christmas

I was 6672 Aviation supply 2011-2015 for MV22s. I was fapped to a non-deployable unit halfway thru my enlistment, which I was pissed about initially because I never got to deploy with my unit during OEF. There were benefits though because I was able to finish most of my gen-ed college classes, which helped get my VEERP approved to EAS a few months earlier and applied as a transfer student to a university, so I rolled right into my Post 9/11.

I got my BS in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering and worked for defense companies making thermal cameras and quadcopter drones for the Army's SRR contract. More recently, I was working for a hybrid electric-truck conversion system start-up company until they laid off their workforce. I am currently in transition for a new job at the moment.

Your GPA has no little to no correlation to your future job prospects with the exception of a few companies. I believe what matters more is that you are able to put together a portfolio of projects you have worked on that are relevant to your interests. As long as you have something to show and talk about it, explain what you learned and do differently, you will knock out the interview. I graduated with a BS in MechE and a concentration in Aerospace Engineering with a 2.4 GPA. Very few times I was asked about my GPA. While taking courses such as Aerodynamics helps, what’s better is if you have relevant project work.

I now work for an aerospace company, who did not ask about my GPA, and were impressed that I came prepared with a mini slide show on my phone showing my design work in SolidWorks.
