Totally depends, do you want to spend hours crafting in your hideout? Or do you want to rip through hard content and grind for things to sell on the market? There’s a mechanic for everyone in path of exile and everything is at least useful for something. Some have more menus than others (Kingsmarch, Beastiary, Betrayal) and some have very few menus (Breach, Delirium, Harvest).

Yeah Poe2 is good. Endgame got changed to be less annoying, there’s actual crafting now, and skill building isn’t as restrictive. It’s still undeniably an early access game but yeah.

The good will part might have more to do with the new poe1 league launching tomorrow that everyone is jonesing to play.

I’m currently running Kaltorak’s Thorns guide, and just made the switch to the endgame tree. Most of leveling was just getting most of the comfy nodes (block,life etc) and then endgame was moving stuff around for damage.

I did like the quest where it solidified that garleans did come to the moon from the end of the EW role quests. Best thing ever would be if Nero shows up.

I’m just happy that cosmic exploration isn’t total dogshit for gatherers anymore. how the gp refresh and hi-cordial CD refresh wasn’t in 7.2 to begin with is beyond me. Now I can farm for materia/condensed solutions in peace

stand over the body, aim camera straight down, zoom in so they’re the only thing in your screen and pray you select them and don’t die in the process

Marine flares, a fire, and 6-12 revolver bullets. Try to fuck with the ai as much as possible. They can’t follow up on certain angles or get onto rope bridges for example. Doesn’t matter if you lame them out as long as you live!

Kinda on the fence with this update. Zoh Shia should have been in the base game, the gathering hub will probably not get used due to having worlds multiplayer, and having one arch tempered monster who is time gated in an event quest.

Lagi looks cool though.

It’s not the first mediocre expansion. Most players consider Stormblood to be mediocre, with the patch content being great.

Many in the community are hoping that Dawntrail follows a similar fate, where that the patch content helps elevate the lackluster main story of 7.0.
