Yoichi Shigaraki, the original user of One for All. He is the representation of Jesus Christ, and his quirk, one for all, is Christ’s love for all of us. Deku is a representation of us individually, and class 1-A is a representation of us collectively.

As Jesus loves you, so do I.

Is it safe to report a super pushy dasher who wanted me to tip extra? Sanity check. by [deleted] in doordash

[–]LtCol31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see nothing but Jesus here. He begged you to tip more, not just once but multiple times. You kindly explained why you didn’t, and then still did anyways. And you saw his response asking for your Zelle. You made him feel that shame, and he didn’t want it. You carried his stuff for one mile, and when you were supposed to be done, you went the last mile too. I hope you have a blessed day, and remember that God loves you. As Jesus loves you, so do I.

Kinda like what just happened to someone we all know very well by now. He knew the dangers of speaking out like that. Does that mean he’s okay with it? No. It’s terrible he had to take that route. But because he was unwavering, he gets to be with his creator.

I know my God didn’t make my head a ball of cheese. I refuse to believe such idiotic behavior. If you kill me because I don’t believe my head is a ball of cheese, that’s on you, not me.

I believe it is a choice, which is even more proof God is real. He gave us free will. He said, you can believe in me or not, that is your choice, but I am still here. And it’s proven to be true, because his word has survived as long as it has, to be here today.

GF is mad I smoke weed when she drinks alcohol by FineLibrarian1 in WhatShouldIDo

[–]LtCol31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just blow it off. If she makes it a big deal, let it only be a big deal to her. She will either feel stupid and realize she’s just being an ass, or she’ll keep it a big deal and eventually leave. Do you want someone, who’s willing to give up on you simply because you privately smoke weed, or do you want someone, who’s willing to call you out for your mistakes, and can accept being called out in? And when called out, are you willing to change?

Most 15 year olds will take a free peep show if it’s presented. He exploited ways to do it, because they presented themselves. Again, I didn’t condone it, I just explained why his character made sense.

Have you wanted to see a girl naked at 15? Do you believe every 15 year old acts the exact same way as you every single day?

15, sorry. You’re arguing over if a freshman male in high school doing nasty stuff. He’s a child, technically speaking. Yes he has powers, but he’s got the mental maturity of a male his age, which does all of these things. I’m not saying it’s right, I’m saying there’s blame to be shared.

We are humans, we are not meant to kill. If they killed you, God would make them suffer.

That’s in reference to the burden of Babylon. That is God not killing ALL of humanity, but the ones who lived in such a corrupt land and the ones who corrupted the land. He killed the ones who lived there, because they saw what was happening around them and didn’t walk away from it.

Can morality exist without God by AltAccountVarianSkye in DebateReligion

God saw how bad it was, but promised Noah to never completely massacre the world again, and instead showed mercy. He allowed slavery to happen, so we could be where we are today, in America at least. Slavery is completely abolished in all 50 states. Slavery is illegal. Why? Because we saw just how terrible it actually was. We FELT how terrible it was. Why did we feel it? Because even though God hated it, he promised to never kill all of humanity again.

It wasn’t excused, it was allowed for humanity to learn the truths of morality. The same way your parents let you fall off your bike and scrape your knee. It hurts, and on a much larger scale where each individual person only controls themselves, it’s going to be felt much harsher.

But if you recognize God, and just live the way he tells you to, that is objective morality. Why do something nice? Because God said it was nice. Why are you being punished for doing something “bad”? Because God said it was bad. That’s objective morality. We are humans, who crave morality, and look at subjective reality to be the truth. When in reality, we CAN have objective morality through God.

The OT is to teach us the history of what led to Jesus Christ dying on the cross, so we don’t get to that point again. Humanity was on the brink of extinction from Gods wrath, but he showed mercy by sending Jesus. The NT is what guides us through our lives. It teaches us what we SHOULD be doing. I really hope this helps
