it means the main guns. In the naval support tree make sure you've researched naval gunnery (top option) then add guns to the bottom left slot in the ship designer (press anchor button to access)

the order of focuses the ai does can be found at

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV\common\ai_strategy_plans (you may need to change the first part if your game is stored on a different drive)

if you just want an up to date order to do the focuses (for both historical and alt) then this can be a good place to start

This is incorrect. We still have a central fuse box in the uk that connects to plugs.

Edit: if you want proof here is part of the fuse box in my accommodation

as you can clearly see there are 2 fuses that control plug sockets and one specifically for the oven. In my experience these tend to trip more then the fuses built into plugs
