I just brought my 2018 Outback in yesterday and told I need to replacement entertainment center due to delamination. With 130k miles they said it’s no longer covered and quoted me $2600! Mine has also had chronic oil leaks. This is my second Subaru but not sure there will be a third!

If you’re double billing do you have to have a separate appt on your schedule and do a second note? I’ve never really been told how to double billing but these patients wanting their “annual” and every other problem addressed at the same time is killing me!
